NatHERS 6 & 7 Star Energy Report (New Home)
Under the new National Construction Code (NCC) new residential buildings in Australia are now required to achieve a minimum 7 star thermal efficiency rating. Our modelling software will indicate the energy required to heat and cool each room to maintain cost efficient and comfortable living conditions, whilst achieving compliance under the NCC.

Whole of Home (WoH) Report
This report accompanies a 7 Star assessment for a new dwelling. It evaluates the overall energy performance by analysing both energy consumption and generation. It takes into account key elements such as heating & cooling, hot water system, cooking appliances and any solar energy requirements.

Deemed to Satisfy Energy Report (DTS)
A Deemed to Satisfy report outlines the required performance standards for essential building components such as roofs, walls, floors and window glazing. This straight forward report will provide the minimum R-Value of insulation that the dwelling must meet to achieve compliance under the NCC.

Partial Compliance Energy Reports
A NatHERS Partial Compliance report enables approval of building work that does not fully satisfy the energy efficiency provisions of the NCC. This report is based on consent for partial compliance from the registered building surveyor or equivalent body to existing areas.

Comparative Energy Reports
This report includes two seperate assessments. The first report assesses the existing dwelling and the second report assesses the proposed dwelling with the planned alterations. The assessment will indicate the star rating that the new dwelling must achieve to meet compliance requirements.
